  1. Refund Conditions

You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return, provided that the products are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

  1. Return Process

If you wish to make a return, please send us an email at contact@zeptoria.com to obtain the instructions. Once your request has been processed, we will send you a return label where applicable.

  1. Refund of Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part. We reserve the right to deduct these costs from the refund amount in the case of a partial return of products.
